The County half-cent sales tax supports the Expo Center operations, expansions and modernization. The Expo Center has a Board of Directors elected from the three County Districts.

Any High School Senior or younger who lives in or attends school in Payne County may exhibit their livestock at this show. Other eligible exhibitors are members from the following communities: Agra, Carney, Chandler, Coyle, Davenport, Stroud, Wellston, Bristow, Cleveland, Depew, Olive, Drumright, Mannford, Pawnee and Oilton.

All animals must be owned by the exhibitor at least 45 days prior to the opening date of the show. Those animals eligible to show are gilts, beef heifers, ewes, and dairy heifers.
